These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.profithound.ai and its subdomains, including mynextoffer.profithound.ai (the "Website"), and any related digital products, done-for-you services and other services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Ascendant Media Strategies - FZCO, trading as ProfitHound.ai ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the Website or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

2) Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services or submit payment information through this Website. The Services are intended for coaches, course creators, business owners and professionals. By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are buying for business purposes.
3) Services Offered
We provide done-for-you offer and funnel services, including:
- Next Offer Build (Built In 24 Hours): a new offer designed for your existing audience, based on the information and content you provide. It includes an offer blueprint (the promise, the price and why we think it fits your audience), sales page and checkout copy, 5 launch emails, a 3-5 minute video sales script with a 60-second cut, and a 20-minute online walkthrough call.
- Checkout add-ons, where selected: Rush My Build (6-hour delivery), +2 More Offers, and the AI Twin Video (see section 9.1).
- One-click upsells, where accepted: the Offer Stack (order bump, upsell, downsell and monthly offer designed for your new offer), We Install It In Your GHL (setup in your own GoHighLevel account), and the DIY Install Kit (a GoHighLevel template with a video walkthrough).
- Offer Care & Recovery: a monthly plan with an AI care agent and cart recovery emails and texts, set up in your own GoHighLevel account.
- Larger done-for-you programs, such as launch and scaling services, provided as an agency service under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope and fees. Where such an agreement applies, it takes priority over these Terms if the two conflict.
We create offers, copy and assets for you, and where agreed we set them up in your own accounts. You remain the seller of your offer: we do not host your offer, sell to your customers, or collect payments from your customers on your behalf.
4) Payments, Pricing, and Billing
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods & Currency
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other methods shown during checkout. Charges are processed in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is shown at checkout, and your bank or card issuer may apply additional fees.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed on the Website and may change at any time before purchase. Any taxes or fees will be shown at checkout where applicable.
4.3 Payment Authorization
When you submit payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including any add-ons you leave selected and any one-click upsells you choose to accept. Some add-ons may be pre-selected at checkout; you can untick them before paying, and the total shown on the payment button updates to reflect your selection.
4.4 One-Time Purchases and Recurring Plans
Products are one-time purchases unless a recurring plan is expressly disclosed at checkout or in a written agreement. Offer Care & Recovery is billed monthly: the Starter plan is $97 per month for up to 500 AI conversations. If your volume grows beyond your plan, we will tell you and suggest the right plan before anything changes; your price will not increase without your agreement. You authorize us to charge the stated amount each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing support@profithound.ai before your next billing date. Amounts already billed are not refunded except as set out in section 6.
4.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed, we may withhold or suspend the relevant Service until payment is successfully processed.
5) Delivery of Services
After payment you will be taken to a welcome page with a short intake form, and you will receive an order confirmation by email. All delivery times start once we have received your completed intake form (and, where needed, the clip, access or information requested):
- Next Offer Build: delivered by email within 24 hours, or within 6 hours with Rush My Build.
- +2 More Offers and the Offer Stack: delivered with your Next Offer Build.
- AI Twin Video: within 72 hours of receiving a usable clip.
- We Install It In Your GHL: we start once your offer is ready and you have given us access to your GoHighLevel account.
- DIY Install Kit: delivered by email with your Next Offer Build.
- Walkthrough call: booked by you through the calendar on the welcome page and held online.
If you have not heard from us within the stated time, please check your spam/junk folders and then contact support@profithound.ai. See our Delivery Policy for more detail. You are responsible for providing a correct email address at checkout.
6) Refund Policy / Love It Or We Rebuild It Guarantee
6.1 Guarantee Terms
The Next Offer Build comes with our 90-day "Love It Or We Rebuild It" guarantee. If you don't love your new offer, tell us and we will build you a different one free of charge. If you are still not happy with the rebuild, contact us and we will refund everything you bought at checkout (the Next Offer Build plus any checkout add-ons: Rush My Build, +2 More Offers and the AI Twin Video) to your original payment method. Requests must be made within 90 days of your purchase.
To use the guarantee, you need to have completed the intake form so your offer can be fairly built, and tell us what you didn't like so we can rebuild it.
6.2 Add-Ons, Upsells and Recurring Plans
Unless a separate guarantee is stated at checkout or in a written agreement, one-click upsells accepted after checkout (such as the Offer Stack, We Install It In Your GHL and the DIY Install Kit), installs, calls and other done-for-you work that have already been delivered, and recurring charges for periods already billed, are non-refundable. Upsells that we have not yet started can be refunded on request.
6.3 Other Refund Situations
We may also issue refunds in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or if we are unable to provide the purchased service.
6.4 How to Request a Refund or Rebuild
Email support@profithound.ai with your full name, the email used at checkout, your order date, the product name, and a brief description of the issue.
6.5 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Please allow 10 to 45 days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer and bank processing times.
7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the Services. We may provide evidence of purchase, delivery, and access to respond to invalid chargebacks.
8) Intellectual Property, Your Content and Confidentiality
Your content. You keep ownership of the content, materials and information you send us. You give us permission to use them only to provide the Services you ordered.
What we build for you. Once paid for in full, the offers, copy, emails, scripts, videos and pages we create specifically for you are yours to use, change and sell in your business, without further fees.
Our materials. Our Website, frameworks, processes, prompts, templates and tools remain owned by or licensed to us. We may continue to use our general know-how and methods for other clients, but we will not reuse your specific content or the offers we built for you.
Confidentiality. We keep your content, offer details, results and account access confidential, and we will not use your name or results in our marketing without your written permission.
9) Your Responsibilities and Use of AI
We use AI tools, together with human review, to create your deliverables. AI can make mistakes, so please review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for making sure that the claims, testimonials, prices and promises in your offer are true and that your marketing complies with the laws and advertising platform rules that apply to your business. You confirm that you have the right to share the content and any customer data you send us (see our Privacy Policy). Where you give us access to your accounts (for example, GoHighLevel or payment accounts), you can remove that access at any time once the work is complete.
9.1 AI Twin Video
If you purchase the AI Twin Video, you receive one finished video (3-5 minutes) plus a 60-second cut, covering one offer, with one round of changes. Delivery is within 72 hours of us receiving a usable clip of you talking to camera. By submitting footage you confirm that you are the person in the footage and that you consent to us creating an AI likeness of your face and voice solely to produce videos for your order. Every video requires your approval before you use it. We keep your footage and AI likeness for 90 days, or delete them sooner at your request (email support@profithound.ai). Additional AI Twin videos are available for $47 each. You are responsible for any AI-generated content labels or disclosures required by advertising platforms or laws that apply to where you publish the video.
10) Results and Earnings Disclaimer
Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee any level of sales, revenue, income or other specific outcomes. Case studies, statistics and examples reflect specific situations or third-party sources and are not promises that you will achieve the same results. Your results depend on factors including your audience, your market, your traffic, and how you launch and implement the Services.
11) User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website or Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Website's operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misuse any content or technology associated with the Services.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13) Third-Party Platforms
The Services may connect to or rely on third-party platforms (for example, GoHighLevel, Stripe and other payment processors, email and SMS providers, and AI providers). We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, pricing or changes, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
If you open an account with a third-party platform (such as GoHighLevel) through a link we provide, we may receive a referral commission from that platform. This does not change the price you pay.
14) Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions
We do not provide Services to individuals or entities in countries or regions subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes where prohibited by law.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
16) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
